SMS Terms of Service

Program. Rayito Services, LLC, operating as Rayito de Sol, offers a marketing SMS program. By opting in, you agree to receive marketing text messages about our Spanish immersion programs, tours, events, and enrollment opportunities.

How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the marketing SMS consent box on a Rayito de Sol form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
