SMS Privacy Policy

This notice describes how Rayito Services, LLC, operating as Rayito de Sol, collects and uses information in connection with our marketing SMS program. It applies specifically to that program.

What we collect. Your mobile phone number, your name, the location you inquired about, your consent record including date and time, and the delivery status and content of messages we exchange with you.

How we use it. To send you the marketing text messages you consented to receive, to honor opt-out requests, to respond when you reply, and to keep records of consent as required by law and by mobile carriers.

Sharing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number or SMS consent data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers. We use HubSpot, Inc. and its messaging provider Twilio Inc. to deliver these messages. They process this information solely to provide the messaging service to us.

Retention. We keep your number and consent record for as long as you remain opted in, and afterward only as long as needed to honor your opt-out and meet legal and carrier recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices. Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email john@rayitoschools.com.

Children. This program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from anyone under 18.
